A dreamy and poetry travel that can be read on the chain, the three wristband, the clip and the pair of earrings that make up this collection.
In these pieces of jewellery in order to revere the Lucky Spring, the house acted in its entitlement to combine noble materials, colors and poetic pattern… In a splendour imagined to be worn every day !
She describes: “The House’s stone experts favour carnelian, which has a homogeneous, bright orange-red colour and a slight translucency, while onyx is chosen for its deep black colour and intense lustre. The white mother-of-pearl selected has harmonious iridescent shades. The softly toned rose gold catches the light brilliantly thanks to the combination of gold beads and polished or textured surfaces.”
Cheerful ladybirds and lily of the valley flowers meet the iconic motifs of the house – the Alhambra in the lead, a timeless symbol of good luck, inspired by the four-leaf clover… A signature that entered the Van Cleef repertoire in 1968, and of which Nicolas Bos, current CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels, explains: “Created by Van Cleef & Arpels that year, in a tradition of excellence and know-how, the Alhambra sautoir has captured the spirit of the times and offered new ways of wearing a jewel on a daily basis.
