Brunch at the Ritz Paris: “Ritzy” gastronomy
It is an institution of the “chic” and gourmet Paris! For a long time now, every summer season, the Ritz Paris Sunday Brunch is entertaining and satisfying the taste buds with more than a hundred dishes to offer.
With three options, ranging from the traditional menu to the «gastronomic orchestra», it is at the fine Summer Fair of the Ritz Paris that one can taste the festivities prepared by Chefs at the top of their art. Set at the edge of the palace’s intimate garden, the Brunch at the Ritz is a scene of delight, orchestrated by 8 Chefs, and live animated by a pianist!
What one can taste? The Ritz Paris knows how to be poetic “Islets also allow you to concoct gyozas, pan-fried foie gras and Saint-Jacques from bench to plate. And the eggs occupy the top of the basket: scrambled, poached, fried, benedictine, the Chefs put them in all the states possible.
While Marengo veal and coconut milk cod are simmering, and beautiful pieces of meat and fish are reconnecting with the art of cutting, one can marvel at the Salad Bar: between Caesar and Nicoise, green papaya and quinoa taboo, the «green» is under the spotlights.
From one buffet to the other, we set sail for the Mediterranean: Lebanon with mezzés, Greece with tzatziki and dolmas, Italy with antipasti and pasta al dente, Spain with the Bellota-Bellota. We make a stopover at sea, navigating between smoked labeled salmon and crab salad. And then, a jump in Asia with the traditional dim sum and in Japan with maki, sashimi and sushi.”
And there are some novelties: l’écailler! Oysters, crab claws, whelks, grey and rose shrimps, The Ritz Paris Brunch is now open.
Cheeses are coming from the best of producers in order to better stand on an exceptional plate. We accompany them with warm homemade bread from the Ritz Paris’ bakery itself.
Then comes the pinnacle of the Grand Brunch Sunday at the Ritz Paris: Desserts! Viennoiseries, pastries and sweets delight the taste buds with divine flavors baked by François Perret, the best pastry chef in the world in 2019.
And since the Ritz Paris is a palace aimed to amaze, surprise, and offer the best, once by trimester this fabulous brunch gets a makeover! A program kept secret, and therefore a case to follow.
