If the word chic needed a place to finally be understood in its original meaning- It is at Lassere restaurant that you have to go. A temple of good taste spotted by the Michelin Guide which gives it a star and adds: “The chef Jean-Louis Nomicos who knows pretty well the Maison, refine tradition with a zest of personality: stuffed macaroni, black truffles, celery and duck foie gras gratin; André Malraux squab, French peas, sage parmesan emulsion…”
