Bollinger Rosé: The House’s first non-vintage Rosé

The house of Bollinger put in 10 years of research to develop this Bollinger Rosé, which has the “Bollinger taste” but just in rosé form. The result?

A delightful champagne, with a rare blend, structure and finesse, 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, 14% Meunier. With only 5 to 6% red wine added to strengthen over 85% Grands and Premiers Crus… The Bollinger Rosé blend truly captures the essence of the Bollinger taste; powerful, refined and sophisticated.

All the Bolli wines sparkle with revelations and elegance, and this Rosé is no exception!

One of the delights of their mastery, is without a doubt their maturation time in the cellar, which is more than twice as long as the Appellation rules. What’s more, regarding the Bolli Rosé’s indulgent tones, the house describes this tasting experience as: “a subtle structural blend, length and liveliness with a tannic tone hinting at the addition of the red wine; velvety fine bubbles; wild red fruit flavours.”

An intense freshness expressed through the golden colour. You can recognise the quality of this great Rosé champagne with its redcurrant, cherry and wild strawberry tones and touch of spice! Even more so when Bollinger is on the label.

Furthermore, since champagne is first and foremost an art of living, Icon-Icon has put together a selection of fascinating books to deepen your understanding of their history to immerse yourself in the divine blissfulness of this drink!
