The New Watch Classic Fusion Squelette by Hublot

In this new year, the famed design house Hublot is expanding one of its emblematic styles, a style that only needed one year to become an icon of watchmaking: a super-flat skeleton watch, the Classic Fusion. First presented last year in Basel, Switzerland, first in King Gold and titanium, the Classic Fusion Squelette was then dressed up with an elegant casing, with a diameter of 45 mm, in black polished satin-finish ceramic. With a thinner, more classical profile associated with “dark” design and finished off with graphic design motifs, this piece will surely remain loyal to Hublot’s standard of excellence.

As an authentic accessory, this watch was equipped with Hublot’s new CLASSICO movement (HUB1300), conceived and developed in their factory in Nyon, Switzerland. With a thickness of only 2.9 mm, the casing allows for its 130 components to show through. As for the dial, the second hand at 7H and the other needles respond to the aesthetic of Hublot’s very first watches – a fitting nod to the art of fusion. This timepiece sets itself apart yet again with its bracelet whose unfolding buckle in black alligator leather is sewn into the rubber. The result?
