Description : The Blanc de Blancs 2014 from the Ayala house is a champagne on freshness and finesse. It is a cuvée that will wonderfully accompany an aperitif.

This Blanc de Blancs 2014 is made from the best Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, and in particular from the Grand Cru villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly and Cramant. This cuvée signed Ayala respects the house style, with a very great purity. Vinified and then aged in vats, the tension and minerality offered by the Chardonnay are thus preserved. The wine is then stored in the cellars of the house where it will rest for 5 to 6 years in order to gain in complexity.
