The legendary crocodile brand founded in 1933 by Rene Lacoste is celebrating its 80th anniversary. As a sign of friendship and gratitude, nine large houses have imagined for the occasion unique gifts. With their know-how and talent, they brilliantly revisit the heritage of the brand.
 
Nine prominent French luxury brands are now combined to blow out 80 candles for Lacoste. A Brand known and recognized at a glance, thanks to its famous logo in the shape of green crocodile, proposed these new brands to reinterpret its heritage through exceptional objects. Baccarat, Fauchon, Goyard, Boucheron, Hermès, Christofle, Bernardaud, ST Dupont and Veuve Clicquot, the real jewels of French luxury have thus made a tribute to the famous reptile.
 
The jeweler Boucheron has designed two pins in the shape of a crocodile, one dressed in white diamonds, the other green set with emeralds. The pastry maker Fauchon has meanwhile designed his famous chocolate eclair in four new variants on the basis of codes of the brand, the reptile adorns the gourmet dessert dressed in white, green or magenta.
From Hermès will be a tennis bag in crocodile from Goyard travel bag and Christofle, a silver golf club. In addition an ST Dupont box, a champagne cart from Veuve Clicquot, a Baccarat crystal vase and finally a swatch of 27 tees from the golf brand Bernardaud inspired by the palette offered by the Lacoste polo.
 
Lacoste, a symbol of chic sporty masculine style has become a reference in the world of sportswear. Lacoste is the spirit of sports associated with elegance, quality, innovation and performance. This famous birthday so 80 years of the brand, but also the success and excellence of chic “Made in France”.
