Nose for Dior since 2006, Dior is reinterpreting the brand’s iconic fragrance J’adore with subtlety and finesse.
François Demachy, master perfumer for the brand that “always (has) a woman in mind, an inexhaustible source of inspiration” when he creates, is signing off on J’adore Voile de Parfum, a new olfactory treasure.
J’adore Voile de Parfum is the latest interpretation of the composition for the perfume J’adore. “J’adore becomes a ‘voile de parfum’ that leaves behind its sensual imprint with infinite delicateness.” This fragrance, revealing softness and femininity, is a veritable invitation to rediscover the art of applying perfume. With one spray, you can find yourself delightfully enveloped in a floral mist, powdery and musical, that subtly deposits itself for a sensual second-skin effect.
Damask rose or rose of Damascus, cultivated in Turkey and Bulgaria, forms the soft and sugary headnote. Precious iris of Tuscany was chosen for the heartnote, and white musk in the base note completes this olfactory pyramid with its powdery density, revealing an unprecedented and extremely elegant floral composition. The flask has remained loyal to itself; its luminous amphora and golden collar are as radiant as ever. Dior J’adore celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2009, meaning it succeeded in becoming an iconic fragrance in just one decade.
