The sudden disappearance of Alber Elbaz earlier this year caused a stir in the fashion world. And this fashion week was an opportunity to pay tribute to Alber Elbaz, his energy, his vision and above all his stylistic codes, all in joy and chic!

On the runway of the AZ Factory fashion show, the house he barely had time to launch before his death, some forty great designers paid him homage, around silhouettes emblematic of his allure and style. At a glance, we thus find the key shades of Alber Elbaz – ivory, black, pink, blue, green and red hues!

We found, above all, his love for volumes, glamor and funny and sincere diversions… The result? 45 creations signed in particular by designers like Nicolas Ghesquière, Olivier Rousteing, Stella McCartney, Rei Kawakubo, Maria Grazia Chuiri, Pierpaolo Piccioli…

Among them, then, the coat tailored by Dries Van Noten in a hypnotizing red reproduced the allure of Alber Elbaz – a jovial chic of the most contagious!

Among them again, the fuchsia pink dress swollen with elegance, imagined by Demna Gvasalia – with, on the back, a giant bow … A nod to the oversized bows so appreciated by Alber Elbaz.

“Alber Elbaz’s fashion was for me the epitome of joy. He knew how to cut the garment perfectly and he freed the woman’s body like no one else. I also wanted to highlight the relationship between Lanvin and Hermès. Alber was very fond of the house and vice versa.
