Here, Chef Francesco De Bartolomeis knew how to delight the most demanding palates with his traditional Italian cousin, but beautifully inspired… Starting with the Gault & Millau experts, who thus sign their mark on the signature dishes of Leonard’s… “The “Risotto cacio e pepe” with beef cheek ragout is a little masterpiece, the “spaghettone” is served with clams, artichokes and tuna bottarga. Ravioli are little wonders stuffed with sweetbreads and foie gras and drizzled with a duck reduction.”
