Conceived to resist the whims of the weather, Converse’s new collection is a dream come true for fans of the sneakers. A bold mix of colors and resistant fabrics, like a waterproof canvas or neoprene, Converse can now let its true colors shine, even in the dead of winter. This season the Chuck II is hailing some newcomers as well.

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Selene is pushing the limits of women’s style by uniting bright colors, new fabrics, and a brand new silhouette with hidden laces and a zipper on the upper portion for easier access. The Converse Jack Purcell Signature presents a thicker shield with waterproof finishings and a reflective three-colored heel. The laces are the cherry on top of the style, while the gusseted tongue prevents water from penetrating into the interior Nike Zoom Air sole.

Each sneaker has been specially treated in order to be able to take on rain, snow, and other fall and wintertime weather conditions all while maintaining style and comfort. Converse also took a step forward by making the Counter Climate Shield sneakers waterproof – now the first line of defense against the rain, the days when you had to heavy-heartedly leave your Converse at home is long gone!
