Guests will be invited to touch stones from five emblematic vineyards before tasting the wines produced from those terroirs. This direct contact with the stones, placed on each table, aims to deepen the connection between the nourishing earth and the complexity of the wines. An innovative approach that offers a rare sensory dimension and a unique discovery of vineyards and their essence.

On November 14th, hearing will take center stage with a dinner in partnership with Maison de Champagne Krug. For this experience titled “Symphony,” guests will discover a musical creation by Japanese artist Sakamoto, resonating with the vibrations of Krug’s cuvées. Each musical passage will be paired with a specific cuvée, from vintages to the prestigious Grande Cuvées, offering a unique dialogue between sound and champagne. A unique sensory experience that can be reserved here.
