It is only after a slow and patient aging of 8 to 10 years in the Crayères de Saint-Nicaise that this exceptional cuvée comes into the light.
The bubble is fine, delicate, creamy. The nose reveals gourmet notes of liquorice, gingerbread and meringue. It is a wine of great mineral power. The mouth is generous, full of charm.
