Its freshness, due to the high proportion of Sauvignon in the vineyard, and its solid structure, the fruit of the terroir associated with Semillon, give it a balance and a length that make it qualified by the greatest tasters as a “mythical” wine. It is also said to be a feminine wine. Insiders also speak of the “most Barsac of Sauternes”.
