Spotted by the Michelin Guide, which notes: “This charming restaurant in the Suvretta House hotel located at the entrance to the ski and hiking area has found the winning formula with its rustic specialties at lunchtime and its more sophisticated cuisine in the evening, such as the herb-crusted rack of lamb, mashed potatoes, chanterelles and asparagus ragout, and baby carrots. » A must stop in Saint-Moritz!
