A basketball shoe in almost proverbial canvas, a quasi-tribal signature: for his third collaboration with Converse, Rei Kawakubo revisits the Pro Leather, through the prism of the line Play from Comme des Garcons.

The heart is the emblem of the Play line, a unisex line launched in 2002. It was designed by the artist Filip Pagowski in 1999 – the year Rai Kawakubo appealed to him to draw the symbol of his brand. And this time it is on the sneakers that we find the heart, at the same time, graphic and full of hidden and bright red. The avant-garde Japanese emblem is printed on both models, black and white on the lower shoe, and red, white or black on the Pro Leather rising.

Already available, these delicious shoes are on sale in the Paris shops of Comme Des Garçons.
