This is a delicious announcement as winter falls upon us. At the heart of the French capital, the Royal Monceau’s terrace will play host to Belvedere vodka’s signature cocktails, elaborated in perfect harmony with a selection of amuse-bouches imagined by restaurant Matsuhisa Paris’ head chef. The experience is definitely up to the hype: a hologram of snow-capped trees decorated with silvery ornaments, emblems of the Belvedere vodka’s bottles, promises to immerse guests into a wintery ambiance in the very heart of Paris. World renowned Nobu Matsuhisa, or simply Nobu, is part of a very select circle of the most charismatic chefs on the world stage. Through his travels – 10 years spent between Peru, Argentina, and Alaska – this man has been able to develop a unique style that is an original mixture of the codes of Japanese gastronomy and the exoticism of flavors and techniques inspired by his various travel destinations.

Today, this chef is putting his talent to work for Belvedere and yielding three exclusive and surprising new offers, each seeking to highlight the natural side of alcohol. Jardin d’Hiver, the first course, brings out a union of seafood and spicy Maki tuna along with Tiradito and scallops. Finally, the Royal Unfiltered presents French Caviar Impérial alongside its accompaniment, 12 pieces of Maki salmon. Even better, it brings the nature of Belvedere to the foreground with  the “Sprays Belvedere Nobu Experience” to replace traditional sauces. A touch experimental, these sprays are liquid versions of the traditional condiments that season sushi and maki. Open to the public with reservation everyday from 6-11 p.m.
