Description : Located on a superb hillside a little away from the village of Saint-Emilion, Château Trotte Vieille is a 1er Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion. One of the riches of the property, in addition to this magnificent terroir, is the presence of very old Cabernet Franc vines which bring all their character and patina, which can amount to 60% of the final blend of the great wine. On the property is also a prephylloxeric foot always entering the first wine. The property belongs to the Castéja family, a great Bordeaux wine family.
