The most luxurious of all sedans, the Bentley Flying Spur treats itself to a makeover with the new Mulliner version, a step up in range. This very special model made its debut at Monterey Car Week, in California. The Mulliner version -a name taken from Bentley’s customisation department- of the Flying Spur presents a double diamond pattern on the radiator grill and a chromed finish for its apron. At the edge of the bonnet, we can notice the famous Flying B, backlit, to underline the exclusive aspect of the car.

The Mulliner version sets itself apart from the other ones with Mulliner badges next to the air vents, as well as with its satin silver covers. This iteration of the car is equipped with 22 inch rims with a gray detailed polished finish.
Inside, the Mulliner offers eight customised combinations of three colors. The customisation department recalls the past and pays homage to one of the Ascot models, which possessed a mix of Imperial Blue and Camel leather with white detailing. There are also the Flare and Sirius versions in a mix of Hotspur and Beluga, as well as Linen and Brunel with intricate silver accentuations.

The Flying Spur Mulliner is equipped with Mulliner series specifications: this means that the seats are ornate with a quilted diamond pattern. The door panels are also ornate with tridimensional leather. The backseat passengers dispose of little touchscreen pads with plated surfacing. The central consoles are also finished in a diamond pattern. The Mulliner timepiece on the dashboard possesses a brushed silver and acts as a finishing touch for the extraordinary cabin. Bentley’s Flying Spur Mulliner is delivered with leather covered keys which sit in an artisanal made case whose color matches that of the chosen interior.

It’s alos the first Mulliner model to be made available with as a hybrid vehicle. Buyers can thus choose between the 544 horsepower and 750 Nm torque 2.9 liter V6 engine, or the bi-turbo 4.0 liter V8 version , with its 550 horsepower and 770 Nm torque. Of course, we can’t forget the presence of the endless V12 6.0 liter bi-turbo which will spearhead the product range, with 635 horsepower and a 900 Nm torque.
