Oenology: an introduction to wine-tasting at the Ritz

Learn about tasting red and white wines following international wine tasting standards and also focusing on a more hedonic perception. Explanations will be provided regarding the origins of the perceived aromas in each wine, as well as a global approach of the different styles.
