The Weeknd in concert in Paris !
More than a year after its release, “Blinding Lights” continues to break records with more than 47 weeks in the Top 10 and 38 weeks in the Top 5 of the Billboard Hot 100. The 104-date world tour kicks off on January 14 in Vancouver and includes dates in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Paris, Berlin and many other cities, before finishing in London. French fans will not be disappointed as, in addition to the rescheduling of the three concerts initially scheduled in Paris in the autumn of 2021, four concerts have been added to the French leg of the tour: in Bordeaux (Arkéa Arena) on Saturday 22 October 2022, Montpellier (Sud de France Arena) on Saturday 29 October 2022, Lyon (Halle Tony Garnier) on Saturday 12 November 2022 and in Paris (AccorArena) on Sunday 13 November 2022! This world tour was announced just days before the platinum-selling artist was due to perform at the Super Bowl. It also confirms the delay of concerts originally scheduled for 2021. In addition to adding 39 new dates to his tour, The Weeknd is releasing The Highlights on Friday 5 February 2021. The Highlights is a way to showcase The Weeknd’s most memorable work. While not a ‘best of’ album, it will allow newcomers to discover his best work, as well as his favourites.

This is the first exhibition to show a chapter of Magritte’s work that is still largely unknown. It allows us to compare Magritte’s works with those of Auguste Renoir, who inspired him.The exhibition brings together some sixty paintings and forty drawings. It opens with some works from the late 1930s in which Magritte expresses the imminence of war and disaster. The paintings from Magritte’s “Renoir” period are compared with masterpieces by Renoir, contemporary paintings by Picabia and other pieces that allow us to sketch out a posterity for this little-known production.Exhibition organized by the Orsay and Orangery museums, Paris with the exceptional collaboration of the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium.
