Description : Mumm’s Brut Rosé is a champagne that evolves with notes of red fruits and citrus fruits, complemented by an elegant and gourmet touch. This lively and fresh cuvée will go wonderfully with red fruit desserts, but also in a more surprising way with grilled langoustines or marinated salmon. It is a cuvée that has a pale salmon pink color, with some orange reflections. On the nose, the Brut Rosé from the house of Mumm develops notes of wild strawberries, morello cherry and pink grapefruit. After a few moments, the nose evolves towards notes of vanilla and honey. Finally, on the palate, it is a lively and full-bodied Brut Rosé, which brilliantly bears its notes of red fruits, a palate guided by a tangy touch. A cuvée full of freshness, finesse and subtlety.
