A creativity doubled here again by that of Sébastien Vauxion… The Pastry Chef ensures to punctuate the experience of Chef Pieter Riedijk with daring and very original sweet creations. And the Michelin Guide, which gives it 2 stars, concludes: “You can let yourself be carried away by the work of Pieter Riedijk, a talented Dutch chef, and, on the dessert side, by the brilliant intuitions of Sébastien Vauxion, who is also chef at Sarkara. You leave with a gift, in case you get a bit peckish on the way back. »
