Minerality and finesse are the main characteristics of this cuvée, made from Chardonnay harvested in the house’s Premiers Crus vineyards. It is a sparkling and brilliant champagne with a straw gold robe. The wine has notes of dried flowers, sour cherries and brioche. Fresh and light at first, then an explosion of flavors with white peaches and abundant citrus notes.
