Restaurant recently founded by a family expert in the field of great tables – the Ravet family from Vufflens-le-Château – it is in the talented hands of Chef Marcel Reist that a cuisine is relaxed, with which Guilt & Millau is particularly identified : “The foie gras is one of the tastiest in the whole country. The ravioli stuffed with braised and lacquered Appenzeller duck meat are accompanied by celery cooked under vacuum for nineteen minutes (!) at 95°C and topped of a lovage sauce so successful that you lick the plate. »
