Description : This Single Malt was distilled in the Mars Shinsu Distillery, then transported to the Mars Tsunuki Distillery in Kagoshima for aging. This Komagatake was therefore produced and distilled with Shinsu distillation equipment, then aged in a warmer region, which allowed it to enrich itself with citrus notes, notably with a zest of candied lemon and a hint of peat on the nose. It is a very smooth and delicate whisky on the palate.
