During 1h30, the chefs will teach you the fundamentals of cooking by making an emblematic dish of French gastronomy such as a winter risotto or a chicken supreme according to the season. Pro techniques, selection of excellent products, tournemains, etc. You will do plenty of tricks to reproduce the recipe or innovate at home, with only one watchword: greed.
