The breeding of this farm is characterized by the depth of the mountain lakes which gives the caviar both marine and buttery flavors. In Poland, the farm is located on a property of over 4000 hectares Natura 2000. Between lakes and ponds, the sturgeons are raised in optimal environmental conditions. For its French osciètre, Le Comptoir du Caviar has approached one of the leading French producers.
