Icon-Icon Opinion :
A fascinating wine and a palette of an infinite refinement; Château Ausone’s wine transports and marvels like no other. Maybe it’s the fact that the house’s name was borrowed from that of 4th century statesman and philosopher Ausonius that confers this wine its nobility.
Name of the Product : Saint-Émilion Grand Cru
Brand : ChâteauAusone
Description : Although legal wrangling between the Vaulthier and Dubois-Challon families may have distracted attention from the wine produced in Ausone at the end of the 20th century, it remains a big hitter in the Bordeaux region among the region’s top eight brands as named. by Liv-ex.
A few years of inter-family disputes add to the overall picture of a rich wine history on this site, which dates back to Roman Europe. Indeed, Château Ausone has been at the top of the tree since the classification of St Émilion in 1955 which named it Premier Grand Cru Classé, a classification that has remained unchanged for more than half a century.

Hennessy Paradis

An explosive range of flavors with a smooth and supple finish; Hennessy Paradis distills a masterful expertise in this rare cognac which leaves us to admire its spicy, flowery, deep and rich nose.
Name of the Product : Paradis
Brand : Hennessy
Description : The Hennessy Paradis is indeed the most sensual facet of the classic Hennessy house. Dating from the 19th century, Cognac Hennessy Paradis is a Cognac Hors d’Age. This Cognac comes directly from Paradise, at least that’s what one might think when reading the name. In fact, paradise refers to the oldest and most precious cellar in the house, where the barrels of the finest eaux-de-vie are stored. In 1979, Maurice Fillioux, Master Cognac, was curator of Hennessy Paradis. It is with this same collection that the sixth generation artisan created what can only be described as his own symphony of notes. In this mixture, homage is obviously paid to the treasury of spirits that his ancestors had previously collected. An extremely fine blend, Fillioux has combined his ear for music and 30 years of craftsmanship by fusing more than 100 different eaux-de-vie to create a delicate melody of notes that will play on the senses of the taster. Some even date back to 1880. By assembling a structure of notes from his grandfather’s rarest collection, Fillioux has created this carefully refined Cognac.
