So, after twenty-five years of great gastronomic moments, I wanted to create a new restaurant, find a unique place, open to the city, open to life; an address of neighborhood conducive to meetings and sharing, confidences as well as bursts of laughter; a house of taste that reconciles requirement and simplicity, small dishes from here and delicacies from elsewhere, recipes from grandmothers and haute couture cocktails; a place of epicurean and elegant life, in which everyone will be able to recognize themselves, in which we simply feel good.
