This is an organic cachaça from Bahia, in northern Brazil; a spirit whose cane is treated the day following its harvest. Its nose reveals rich herbaceous notes to let the tongue discover hints of black pepper and acidulous citruses. A spiced taste magnified by notes of oak and cedar.

Description : Abelha Gold Organic is a traditional Brazilian cachaça made from a heating heart drawn from organic sugar cane plants. It is then aged in small barrels of 250 liters for a period of 3 years. These barrels made with garapeira wood give the cuvée a very appreciable sweetness while balancing the aromas.
This cachaça is eaten dry or with ice cubes, as an aperitif or as a digestive, and is also part of the Brazilian cocktail called quentao.
