Description : For the preparation of Yuzu Gin, two vintage shochu cuvées made from Beni Satsuma sweet potato are used. A great originality of Maison Kyoya which comes from the fact that these shochus have fermented in traditional terracotta jars before distillation. The flavors of this unique Miyazaki sweet potato, combined with an ancestral way of working, will give this gin deep and delicate aromas. The use of ingredients like Yuzu, Sancho Pepper, Ginger, Hyuganatsu Citrus and especially Hebess Citrus, a citrus variety native to Miyazaki, emphasizes this local character.
