Description : For this 15-year-old version from The Dalmore distillery, the first maturation lasts 12 years in American white oak bourbon barrels. Then the whiskey is divided equally into three types of sherry casks – amoroso, oloroso apostoles and matusalem – where it will stay for another 3 years. In the end, a perfectly structured, rich and gourmet single malt where robustness competes with elegance.
