The intense nose expresses a marvelous complexity inherent in its maturity. It reveals aromas of yellow and white fruit (quince, apple) combined with notes of dried fruit. The palate is based on a creamy, gourmet and balanced structure. Its lingering freshness is associated with subtle notes of almond that blend on the finish with zesty touches. This structure gives the wine its full consistency and fullness, without betraying its finesse.
