Icon-Icon Opinion :

« Almost all of Borges’ collections contain at least one love poem. This flame – obscure marvel – which generally lights only a few lines at the end of the poem, can go unnoticed. After listing themes that are dear to him, he raises his voice briefly as if pronouncing a sentence. The reader stops on these words which are written simply, in a painful and at the same time happy way. Is happiness painful  Borges gives us to understand that, torn and happy, he suffers from love like all men  Silvia Baron Supervielle.
