For the greater public, Audemars Piguet displayed an impressive collection of historic pieces borrowed from their private museum. The bold sport models, splendid jewelry watches for ladies&#8230; all of these veritable works of art are a perfect demonstration of the brand\u2019s history, innovation, and tradition. Their stand was a reflection of their new boutique concept launched this year. The goal: integrate manufacturing into the point of sale. Within this new concept, Audemars Piguet is highlighting a different relationship with their customers; one that is deeper and more direct.<\/div>\n<div>The brand took advantage of this to launch two new watches exclusively for Watches &amp; Wonders 2013: the Millenary Repetition Minutes and the Chronographe Royal Oak Offshore LeBron James. After two years of collaboration, NBA champ LeBron James has confirmed his role as Audemars Piguet\u2019s ambassador with a limited edition timepiece entirely dedicated to him. The excellence, technique, savoir-faire, and generosity here are unequaled; the two icons have joined forces to create an automatic watch made of 18 carat rose gold with generous dimensions. A raw, asymmetrical look subtly comes together around a titanium bezel and a diamond-encrusted button. This watch is equipped with a grey crocodile leather bracelet that boasts LeBron\u2019s signature as a chic little treat, engraved in blue on the sapphire on the reverse side of the casing.
