The Grand Palais, undergoing renovation work, is in the centre of the Grand Palais Eph\u00e9m\u00e8re that hosts the Taste of Paris 2021 \u2014 the edition made of a melange of emblematic Chefs of Parisian Palaces, the new courageous generation, and more than a hundred craft producers&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A program \u2014 or, maybe, a menu better? Delicious food, desserts, pastry, and other delicate signatures to glance at and taste presented over the stands, placed specially for the cuisine of these great Chefs! He has been crowned with 3 stars at the Guide Michelin for 10 years, rewarded &#8220;Meilleur Ouvrier de France&#8221; in 1993. Eric Frechon&#8217;s cuisine also earned him the title of &#8221; Chef of the Year &#8220;.
