Clare Resort 2014 \/ Baylee Fall-Winter 2013-2014 <\/em><\/p>\n

This unique idea for naming a line of bags was borrowed from the founder by Clare Waight Keller, creative director since 2011. The brand has already been propagating its decidedly French and elegant approach for sixty years now. This spirit, this attitude, feminine, relaxed, liberated. The spirit of Chlo\u00e9 is that of a person, born when Gaby Aghion baptized her \u201cluxury ready-to-wear\u201d brand with the first name of her childhood friend: Chlo\u00e9. The name rolls off the tongue with aplomb, as if eternally young and impudent. Gaby found that the name evoked that of a fortune teller. The ironic thing is that, in her wake of luxury and haute couture exigence, would follow Yves Saint Laurent with Saint Laurent Rive Gauche or Givenchy in 1956. In those days, Chlo\u00e9 was the reflection of an attitude of a group of friends who were swimming in the romantic Parisian sea of la vie boh\u00e8me.<\/p>\n

For this fall, on the arm of the ageless woman that Chlo\u00e9 is, Clare Waight Keller is placing the ideal: an everyday bag – made of supple and versatile leather, dressed in warm colors. A major piece for a new wardrobe, it borrows its lines from \u201call the classic boyfriend style bags that I love. Simple in its shape, practical and with an elegant attitude.\u201d recounts the designer. A bag with an entire personality: two-toned, shaped like a bowling bag – another legacy of the founder – it\u2019s illuminated with metallic details, notably a plaque on the bag, and a zipper made of tiny links. On the shoulder: a modifiable strap. In the hand: two straps who\u2019s tone jars the entire body. The bag\u2019s volume makes it even more desirable just as Chlo\u00e9 attitude calls for insouciance and chic; in two words – rebel chic.<\/p>\n

For the 2014 Resort collection, Clare Waight Keller lends her name to one of her creations. Just like its predecessor, Clare adopted the strap for efficiency noticed, modern and chic. The proportions are definitely new, while keeping the feminine spirit of the brand. In this idea of \u200b\u200brenewal, metallic bar frame with smooth geometric lines to give expression to the gentle characteristic waves of the mind Chloe, while dialogue between materials and effects bar. The bag keeps the seriousness of her outfit although its content seems endless.<\/p>\n
