A selection of the most on point styles with the same common denominator: the more-than-basic Levi\u2019s 501 jeans&#8230; These denim pants, captured in 501 photos, prove that they\u2019re the most manipulable piece in the fashion sphere. Revised in accordance with the personality of the wearer, these jeans can be interpreted in eclectic, personal, and timeless ways. This volume may enclose a plethora of styles from the four corners of the earth, but it\u2019s first and foremost the blue thread of the 501s that tie everything together. Finally, the book is a testament to the lasting influence of the 501s and their legacy for tomorrow.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Amongst the 501 photos are images of individuals from the fashion world. Miguel, Anna Kendrick, M83, Joe Manganielle, and Kate Bosworth. Photographer Francesco Carrozzini immortalized New York fashion celebrities like Rachel Roy. But he also made sure that the fashion press would be represented: from the creative director for the American version of <em>Elle <\/em>&#8211; Joe Zee &#8211; to Michael Hainey, Deputy Editor of <em>GQ<\/em>, to the editor-in-chief of French fashion mag <em>Jalouse<\/em>. You can also find designers and artists, like Olympia Le-Tan, graffiti artist Andr\u00e9 Saraiva, or Vincent Darr\u00e9, a designer, all in their denim jeans.<\/p>\n<p>Available in Levi\u2019s boutiques and online, the 501 numbered copies possess, in addition to the originality of each having a unique cover photo, the sophistication of a custom-made linen binding. Packaged in a preciously handmade case. Proceeds from sales, affirms Levi\u2019s, will be donated to the students of the California College of the Arts. Why?
