In 1983, the brand\u2019s nose Sophia Grojsman created Paris. She sought to capture the odor of Paris\u2019 lights, of a setting sun coloring the sky a twilight mauve. As if touched by the latter, this eau de toilette takes on its tone. Figurehead of the world of International Flavors and Fragrances, Sophia Grojsman likes to work with rose water; perhaps this is why this elixir is composed with spiced roses and violets with a woody background.
