After crossing the world, the ponytailed man and former editor-in-chief of Vogue France continue their retrospective at the Grand Palais from November 10 until November 25. The exhibition opened in April 2012 in Tokyo and made stops in 10 international cities to honor the legendary <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chanel.com\/en_GB\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chanel<\/a> piece.<\/p>\n<p>109 personalities from fashion, music, and dance; women and even men posed in front of the lens of Carl Lagerfeld. Everything is displayed with a different style of iconic clothing, which has yet to be revisited since 1983. The inspiration came from jackets worn by an Austrian hotel staff; a piece created in 1954 by Coco Chanel that has become timeless and universal.<\/p>\n<p>To provide a multidimensional experience at the exhibition, Chanel relies on cross-media support. It also has a real platform, with a website dedicated to the <a href=\"http:\/\/thelittleblackjacket.chanel.com\/en_GB\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">thelittleblackjacket.chanel.<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/thelittleblackjacket.chanel.com\/en_GB\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">com<\/a> teaser, which gives a behind the scenes look at the project and the making-of the shooting. The shop windows of Paris Chanel stores also celebrate the tweed jacket with unique scenography presenting a selection of jackets from the Cruise collection. And to top off the beautiful Parisian event, the famous designer created a tribute book with the same name as the exhibition.
