After calling the artist Anselm Reyle to revisit their accessories line in 2011, Dior<\/a> has turned to Jean-Michel Othoniel this year, to reinterpret the bottle of J’adore<\/a>. Known, among other things, for his Kiosk of Noctambules decorating the Palais Royal metro station, Jean-Michel Othoniel called artisans of Murano, with whom he has worked for twenty years, to create 1000 copies of the bottle he thought of by hand. Following the original curves but adding a gold necklace that encircles the jar, it transforms the object into a real work of art, creating a top quality product.<\/p>\n

“As magical as it is, above all, the perfume is an art of raw material” says Fran\u00e7ois Demachy, nose of the House. It proved this with its intense reinterpretation of the 1999 iconic floral creation by Calice Becker, combining oil from Turkish roses, jasmine, and the Tub\u00e9reuse from India.<\/p>\n
