In Paris, Lyon, and Bordeaux, the Brunch Veuve Clicuqot took over three unique locations for four dates of surprising and inspiring brunches. In Bordeaux the event took place on Sunday, June 18. At La Grande Poste, a new cultural space, chef Marion M\u00e9t\u00e9nier delighted guests with generous French cuisine featuring ingredients from M\u00e9doc. In Lyon on Sunday, June 25, chef Connie Zagora took over Les Subsistances, an old convent-turned-military warehouse-turned-essential Lyon cultural, artistic, and historical center. On the banks of the Sa\u00f4ne, this Kitchen Caf\u00e9 chef imagined quality local ingredients to harmoniously perfect the legendary Veuve Clicquot Rich.<\/p>\n
Finally in Paris on July 2, the Brunch Veuve Clicquot adventure concluded with the bold cuisine of Lisa Machian, chef for the Bal Caf\u00e9 Otto, and Kaitlyn Reinhart, chef for L\u2019Otium. The event took place within Le Hasard Lyrique, an old Parisian train station converted into a magnificent hybrid cultural space with a concert hall, artistic workshop, and bistro.
