From June 20 to September 30, the Prince de Galles Hotel\u2019s patio will be transformed for the summer into a chic version of Palm Springs in the 60s. Just beside the Champs-Elys\u00e9es on the upscale Avenue Georges V, a style that mixes modernism, cacti, neon-colored parasols, and palm trees will be created. This decor deliciously reinvents the legend of Palm Springs. On the menu: summer pleasures made of cocktails and gastronomy made for sharing.<\/font><\/p>\n

Head Barman Florian Thireau is offering a different approach to cocktails at the bar Les Heures as well as on the patio. Working with raw ingredients to extract their essence, Florian Thireau composes powerful and pure creations. On June 20, an ode to Palm Springs in the 60s will revisit the great classics. Pagliacci, The Aldrin, or Sparrow will accompany hot soir\u00e9es in this legendary town in the middle of the Californian desert, where Hollywood icons would meet up. These pleasure elixirs are today celebrating Palm Springs\u2019 arrival to Paris, making for a very sophisticated summer indeed.<\/font><\/p>\n

In the kitchen, the Prince de Galles\u2019 starred chef St\u00e9phane Le Quellec will play with the rules of a Palm Springs Pool Party to refine barbecue fare and finger food. With a convivial and sunny menu, St\u00e9phanie Le Quellec offers gastronomy made for sharing: to be picked at solo or between friends, grilled or a la plancha, she effortlessly mixes ingredients from land and sea to invite guests to kick back and relax. Between baby burgers, mini-skewers of gambas and spices, sole, or cold tomato soup with ginger, deliciousness is definitely on the menu.
