The location itself is enough to rave about: the former private residence of Prince Roland Bonaparte in Paris\u2019 16th arrondissement, the Shangri-La incarnates that which is quintessentially French without a single faux pas. This 19th century architectural gem was charmingly incorporated into the art of Asian hospitality in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>In the cultural heart of Paris, just minutes from the Champs Elys\u00e9es and Avenue Montaigne, this week featuring the virtuosity of the twice-starred Chef Mok will take place. At lunch and dinner, his dishes will transport diners into the heart of the Middle Kingdom. This cuisine boasts finesse and precision and is sure to delight Parisians who are curious about his inventiveness, as he perfects the finest of ingredients.
