Bacalta, which means \u201cwarm\u201d in Scottish Gaelic, was created using a custom-made aging process. The barrels, specially made for this very process, are made using air-dried American oakwood boards, then scorched to bring out the finest flavors. Then, Malmsey wine enters the mix.
