Indeed, she has a penchant for creations that, while perhaps simple around the edges, contain all the complexity of a work worthy of the brand. It was in this spirit that Nad\u00e8ge Vanh\u00e9e-Cybluski presented efficiently minimalist pieces in Paris, beautiful and functional in equal measure. Herm\u00e8s\u2019 attention to detail isn\u2019t lacking for an ounce of poetry, and the creative director didn\u2019t forget to remind us this. On a peplum top, the corsage appears so self-evidently that the suppleness and softness of the leather can only accentuate the brand\u2019s own work. As pure as it is worked, this piece is radical – a bit retro, a bit exotic, but surreptitiously futuristic.
