Onstage in a vast white amphitheater, located in the basement of Paris\u2019 Op\u00e9ra Bastille, S\u00e9bastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant made a highly acclaimed d\u00e9but. Putting aside their Copernic line to fully concentrate on Andr\u00e9 Courr\u00e8ges\u2019 namesake brand, they made the wise decision of going back to basics, creating clothing out of \u201cheavy\u201d fabrics to proceed to movement.<\/div>\n<div>That\u2019s how the duo ended up presenting a collection composed of 15 styles, released in 15 different colors and 15 different fabrics\u2026 225 possibilities in all! But Courr\u00e8ges\u2019 iconic pieces are getting a twist in 2016: the vinyl miniskirt with a rumpled look espouses or rather envelops the waist while the industrial-style silver buttoning brings the style up to the next level. This is clearly the Copernic touch: surprising and graphic buttons.
