In this vein, put forth by Andrea Incontri, each segment, each look seems imbued with a desire to create fluid movements, elongated by sensual steps. Leather becomes as bright as silk when it composes a liberally adorned Gommino moccasin. The Spring\/Summer 2016 collection emphasized more than ever the quality of an elegant and independent lifestyle. Just like the 133 rubber pebble moccasin that, not content to simply stand among the icons, ditches its classicism for a patchwork of motifs and colors in line with next season\u2019s trends. Summer 2016 is also the perfect occasion to continue the proven track record of success of the Wave bag, an accessory designed like a wave in the ocean to emphasize the movement of the zipper that opens and closes it. This faultless composition literally renounces rigidity; its diverse interpretations were made possible through research and the quality of the hides used to make it.<\/div>\n<div>But the biggest revelation in this collection was the introduction of Team Tod\u2019s &#8211; that\u2019s right; Tod\u2019s now has a team. 15 strong personalities that break all the rules and make their own in the meanwhile. Among them are director Quentin Jones, Julia Restoin Roitfeld, Tea Falco, and Lizzy Jagger. Sonia Sieff, another member of the Team, was on hand to photograph these personalities: musicians, photographers, actors, and models that together form a Team. Or perhaps rather an attitude, marvelously incarnated by the Gommino moccasin as well. Somewhere between sophistication and deconstruction, in every shade of color, from monochrome to patchwork to multicolored hues, this shoe is able to take on every emotion on the daily.
