A bouquet offered with a handwritten note belongs to the small rituals of French hospitality. Grey Goose gives that familiar gesture a botanical interpretation with Le Jardin Berry Rouge, a temporary installation at Mimosa, in the H\u00f4tel de la Marine. The Paris restaurant will host two public afternoon events on Saturday, September 19, and Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 3 pm to 6 pm.<\/p>\n

At 2 Rue Royale, chef Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Pi\u00e8ge\u2019s restaurant draws its culinary identity from the Mediterranean, with Provence and Italy as points of reference. Its leafy terrace provides the setting for an installation centred on Grey Goose Berry Rouge, the French vodka brand\u2019s berry-flavoured expression. Here, the botanical theme connects the spirit\u2019s ingredients with the restaurant\u2019s garden surroundings and its Riviera sensibility.<\/p>\n

A different kind of bouquet<\/h2>\n

For the two afternoons, contemporary florist and multidisciplinary botanical studio Saison will create bouquets composed entirely of red berry shoots and fruit. The arrangements bring the idea behind Berry Rouge into another medium: berries move from the vocabulary of a spirit to the materials of a botanical composition. Visitors will be able to take a bouquet away, extending the installation beyond Mimosa\u2019s terrace.<\/p>\n

A calligraphy station adds a personal element to the programme. Visitors can customise the card accompanying their arrangement, pairing the botanical work with a handwritten message. This combination of fruit, foliage and lettering places the gesture of giving at the centre of the event. Saison\u2019s contribution makes the bouquet an integral part of the concept, with its own materials and craft.<\/p>\n

Berries from the bouquet to the glass<\/h2>\n

Grey Goose Berry Rouge combines the natural essences of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries sourced from the Mediterranean. The expression builds on the ingredients associated with the house\u2019s original vodka: soft Picardy wheat and spring water from Gensac-la-Pallue. Distilled and bottled in France, it introduces a berry profile that supplies the Paris installation with both its name and its botanical theme.<\/p>\n

At Mimosa, the featured serve will be the Goose Berry cocktail. The press release lists Grey Goose Berry Rouge, cranberry juice, lemonade and lemon juice, served over ice. Artisanal ice cream will also accompany the event. Together with Saison\u2019s arrangements, the programme follows the red berry theme through distinct forms, from the stems and fruit of the bouquet to the ingredients in the glass.<\/p>\n
